90% of the bike is pre-assembled, and ECOTRIC provides professional assembly videos to help customers complete the DIY process. Customers can reach out to the brand or the store with any questions, and ECOTRIC will try to solve them within one business day (1-3 business days on holidays).
The ECOTRIC BISON electric bike is designed to be powerful, with a 1000W strong rear motor hub and a specially designed strong frame like a real bison. Riders can enjoy the wind shouting behind their ears, like running with a bison.
The BISON electric bike offers four working modes: Pedal Assist Mode, Fully Electric Mode, Pedal Mode, and Booster Mode. The 48V 17.5AH large capacity battery provides a range of more than 44 miles on a full charge, and can be charged either on or off the bike.
The BISON is suitable for all terrains, including sand, mud, dirt trails, tarmac, and even snow, thanks to its Mozo hydraulic shock front suspension and high-performance middle shock absorber. The hydraulic brake system provides faster and safer braking compared to mechanical disc brakes.
The BISON electric bike is available in various configurations, with options for motor power (1000W or 750W), battery capacity (48V 17.5AH or 48V 12.5/13AH), and color (blue, black, or black and white/orange).
ECOTRIC offers a 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on the frame, battery, motor, controller, and display. Original batteries are also warranted for 18 months, with full replacement during the first 12 months and a prorated schedule for replacements needed in the following 12 months.
