The intelligent charger utilizes a three-stage pulse charging mode to provide optimal battery protection: Stage 1: Constant Current Charging Stage 2: Constant Voltage Charging Stage 3: Trickle Charging During the charging process, a built-in fan automatically activates to cool the charger. The battery will be fully charged, and the charger will stop automatically.
Selecting the Suitable Charger: 1. Check the voltage and current parameters on the original charger. 2. Verify the lithium battery parameters: Our charger is suitable for 48V, 13-series lithium battery packs. The charger socket is an XLR male, and the corresponding battery interface should be an XLR female. 3. The charging interface electrode is 1+2-, which is compatible with most lithium battery brands. However, some brands may have different electrode configurations, so it's recommended to confirm in advance.
Troubleshooting Charger Issues: 1. Ensure the charger's voltage and current match your battery. Purchasing a charger with incorrect parameters may result in compatibility problems. 2. Due to the limited lifespan of lithium batteries, the charger may not function if the battery is damaged, especially if the battery has not been used for more than 12 months or 2-3 months. 3. If the green light turns on when the power is connected, but the LED light does not turn red after connecting the battery, the connector may be loose, causing poor contact. Reinserting the plug can help maintain a good connection. 4. If the green light is on when plugged into the power supply but goes out after connecting the electric bicycle, it could be due to an internal short circuit in the electric bicycle, triggering the charger's self-protection function. In this case, it's recommended to check the e-bike battery and replace it if necessary.
